REVIEW
Rolled in the figurado family, this cigar is very well manufactured and boasts a maduro/claro barber pole. With hay-like pre light aromas, this comes to us from the January @mymonthlycigars box (44). A straight cut leads to a slightly labored draw but this is due to the very small foot circumference (this will open as we burn).

Getting into the 1/3, we see a cigar that is very rich in flavors. Mild+ and consistent, a creamy value collides with the forward notes and is only heavily magnified on an oily and sweet finish. Getting near the center of the experience, the notes remain consistent and an additional licorice (similar to sambuca/ouzo) joins the pallet.
The burn is fantastic and offers a medium grey/flaky ash (cone shaped) on a thin ash fringe. Into the last 3/3 and a slight burn correction takes place. Consistent and now medium, this slow burning cigar packs a very rich flavor especially on the mouth. What feels like a pepper is that licorice, which has a bite on the tongue.

The nub does see an overlap of some pepper and a ramp of the floral note as we conclude a small vitola that really produces a fantastic experience. Extremely well blended and at a one hour burn time, a nice break time stick with tremendous flavor!
