Box # 3 - August 2019
The team at My Monthly Cigars is back at it again with another phenomenal box for the month of August!
This month's box has a great selection of cigars with an MSRP of just under $43.00 (that's more than $10.00 per cigar!).
Where do we begin?
How about with the Oliva Melanio Series 'V' Maduro? That seems like a good place to start! If you liked the original Melanio 'V' then you're gonna love the maduro. Until recently the Maduro was only available in limited production. Luckily for fans of this cigar, it is now in Oliva's regular production. And with a 92 rating and an MSRP of over $10.00 this cigar delivers in every way possible.
Next up is the Man O' War Ruination 10th Anniversary. Oh my. The second you pick this cigar up you just know you're in for an amazing full bodied ride of excellence. From beginning to end this cigar is just superb. Would you expect anything less from an AJ Fernandez cigar? You'll quickly realize that the MSRP of $13.50 on this cigar is worth every single penny.
If you like Nicaraguan cigars you may want to light up the Carlos Torano Noventa first. Made in honor of the Torano family's 90 years in the cigar business, this cigar is jam packed with nicaraguan leaves from top to bottom. With a Nicaraguan Habano wrapper covering a Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan long fillers, you'll be quite pleased with this medium bodied smoke. Even more pleasing is knowing you got this smoke for less than the $11.00 + MSRP.
Last but not least is the Nica Libre Esteli Especial. A special cigar indeed. Don't let the MSRP of just over $7.00 fool you as this medium to full body smoke uses a fantastic mix of tobacco leaves making for a solid cigar smoking experience. The combination of an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, a Sumatra binder, and Pennsylvanian and Nicaraguan fillers will have you begging to light up another one.
As for the extra something in the August box, we added a pocket sized tin of Altoids just in case you decided to close talk someone while telling them how much you loved this month's selections.
