My Monthly Cigars Box #9 - February 2020
One month already down in 2020 and 11 more to go. That can only mean one thing....11 more boxes of My Monthly Cigars!
Well...10 after this month's box but you get the picture.
February is here and My Monthly Cigars has put together a box that is jam packed with value. The MSRP on the February Box is $41.99! That means the El Presidente members are getting almost $84 worth of cigars!
In case you need to write down that MSRP, we got you covered as this month's extra is a really smooth feel, smooth writing rubber stylus pen. So you can write on paper and on your touch screen devices.
Soooooo WHAT'S IN THE BOX!?!?
Let's not waste any time here and just start with the main event. The Ave Maria Divinia is a beautifully put together box press that is sure to impress in both flavor and looks. With a Habano Sun Grown wrapper covering Cuban Seed long fillers, this cigar delivers from beginning to end. We've heard people describe the flavors in this cigar as being coffee, nutty, slight black pepper, and sweet. But the most common feeling among everyone is that this cigar is AMAZING. We know that's not a flavor but you get it.
Up next is the Carlos Torano Exodus 1959 '50 Years' and it smokes like its been aging for that long (it hasn't, in case you were wondering). What can you say about this cigar? Well for starters you can say that it was the #10 Cigar of the Year in 2010 by Cigar Aficionado. You can say that this cigar has received a 93 rating from Cigar Aficionado. You can also say...STOP SAYING AND SMOKE ALREADY! One look at this cigar in your hand and the dark oily wrapper will take you away into cigar bliss.
Who doesn't like an exclusive? We know that so we've got you covered with the Ramon Bueso Exclusivo Connecticut. Don't let the light wrapper shade of this cigar fool you. Yes, its a smooth enjoyable smoke, but the Honduran and Nicaraguan tobacco packed into this bad boy make for a highly tasty treat. Grab one of these with a cup of coffee and you'll feel more exclusive than the cigar itself. And for the money, this one is an absolute value steal!
Speaking of value (did we mention that My Monthly Cigars offers value?), the Ortega Cubao finishes off the February Box in style. This cigar is somewhat of a "comeback" stick in that it was previously blended by Erik Espinosa and Eddie Ortega in Don Pepin Garcia's factory in Nicaragua. It was discontinued because of lack of a key tobacco but is now made a comeback and is as good as ever. Delicious Nicaraguan binder and fillers from Jalapa and Esteli are surrounded by a clean looking Ecuador Sumatra wrapper. Light one up and see for yourself.
If you missed out on February, remember that you can always purchase these cigars on our Featured In Monthly Subscriptions page. And of course you can always join #TeamCigars and become a member of the club by choosing any one of our multiple Subscriptions options available.
